Island Shine is a Lopez owned family business. We offer full home detail. Window cleaning inside and out ! Gutter Cleaning and roof valley clearing. Roof cleaning, and surface cleaning using soft wash methodology.

The Crew

Island Shine is made up of like minded locals to the islands who have an eye for detail ! Im Brian ! my best friend Valentino and I built this together. We cleaned windows together one weekend and he asked me at the end ,"How do we do this more often?" I replied," I'm not sure we can guys like me don't run businesses ! . Tino looked at me and said,"Just try. I believe in you too much to let this fail." That was almost 8 years ago now. I think we make a pretty awesome and special team .

Soft Wash for your Surface Cleaning Needs !

Soft wash is an environmentally friendly and biodegradable way to clean your roof and most other surfaces. Your roof isn't just dirty or stained ! Thats living organic matter. Bacteria, moss, mold, mildew, lichen, and fungi are the real issue. Using our low pressure non-gas powered skid we address the real root of the problem. When you have a roof pressure washed or just scrubbed with a wire brush, what you are doing is damaging your roofing material, and giving the organic growth a haircut (which is why your roof or siding or deck will need cleaned every year!). Soft wash will give you 100% kill ratio on everything growing up there, if we can safely and non forcefully remove it the day of we will ! Otherwise your roof or other surface will be brighter and cleaner the day of, and all the organic build up will die and weather off naturally over the next 6 to 9 months (depending on severity).
